This training game will challenge your delegates’ thinking and get team members working together to achieve a common goal.

Group Size

Four or more

Turn the Paper - Common Goal Instructions

Explain to your group that they are going to play a game that will challenge them to work together to achieve a common goal.

Prepare a sheet of paper that is three square feet in area, per person (Sellotape smaller pieces together).

Lay your sheet of paper on the floor and ask all the delegates to stand on the sheet.

Once they are all on the sheet, with no shoes hanging over the edges, instruct the group to turn the sheet over, without stepping off it.
