The Knowing Me, Knowing You cards are a great tool for encouraging team participation and communication between colleagues, whether they are already familiar with one another or not. The questions are well-chosen, open-ended and fun, but not too vague or too direct. I used them with my team at a time we were transitioning to a remote working setup, and found them to be really useful for introductions, as well as getting less confident team members to open up and prepare for participation in more formal group discussions.

A great ice breaker for our sales team to get to know each other better and also have some fun during Covid. Would definitely recommend!

Really useful cards which have come into their own during the 2020 lockdown. We have a weekly Webex social every week with my team of 13. Not sure what I’d have been doing if it didn’t use the cards. The team love it and we all now a lot more about our colleagues than we did at the beginning.
A massive thumbs up from me
Only downside is that I can’t get ABBA or Alan Partridge out of my head😁
