We all see the world through our own eyes. Our views are shaped by our life experiences and backgrounds.

I See it This Way will help your delegates to be mindful of other people’s views and encourage them to explore and celebrate their differences, through facilitated discussion.

Explain that our self-awareness is underpinned by our ability to acknowledge and celebrate just how diverse we all are.

Tell your group that you will hand them a question sheet each, and say that all they have to do is to decide if they believe each statement to be true or false

They have five minutes to complete this task.
