Description
Common Ground Icebreaker Instructions
Explain to your group that they are going to play a quick common ground icebreaker, so they can get to know each other a little better.
Ask each person to pick a partner.
Explain that they need to find out as much as possible that they have in common with their partner within 60-seconds. However, the common ground they find, must not relate to work.
One each pair have had 60-seconds, get the pairs to double up, to create groups of 4.
Repeat the exercise.
At the end of the exercise, facilitate the group in sharing the common ground they have identified.
