Overcoming learning barriers and the effect this has on others
When does a barrier become an excuse? We are all guilty of ‘not having enough time’ to focus on our own development. Yet, surely if we are not prepared to allocate time to develop ourselves, how can we expect our team to allocate time for their personal development?
